CSA don’t have a clue!
csa what a joke took me sixmonths to get my payments after several cockups by flkirk csa, after my ex came out of the forces, this morning i get a phone call hes no longer in employment, just so he doesnt have to pay me my arrears. now they tell me they have to investagate to see what hes doing telephone call they should ask, but they know he will have money put aside. telling me they carnt get access to his finances, joke, i started the claim this way ten years ago or more having trouble geting it and now how history is repeating its self. fathers who pay and get treated like shit and fathers who refuse to pay should be locked up.

So should mothers who use their children as a meal ticket and will not allow fathers to move on with their lives. Hard working dads should be allowed to be part of their childrens lives and spend their earnings on their children as they wish – not keeping the mother but taking their children on holiday, spending time with them and paying for thing they think their children would appreciate. If mothers do not wish to work in order to support and have the privilege of living with their children let the dads have them.
They may well have been taking money from him and not paying you for years. Do not believe a word they say, they’re all pathological liers.

I am so in your gang with your comments. Indeed, I am forced to hand over £300 a month to my daughters mother who walked out of my life because she was banging another bloke, she moves in with him and takes my then 3 yr old daughter with her, for him to raise and play daddy to her.
This is my reward for the privilege….lol….and those 2 fucks both work, so I just top up their incomes each month, I have no say,no rights on how or if my money is spent on my daughter. The system stinks, that money should be mine to spend on my daughter as I see fit, not what her mother and her partner think. As far as I concerned, my daughter lives with them and through no decision of mine, therefore, they should take care of her day to day needs and I take care of her other needs and wants when I see her. The way it is at the moment is ” you pay when you don’t see your kids…and you pay if you do see your kids” my skank ex and her fucking German are laughing their asses off at dad the mug. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

My partner is going through hell with his ex wife, he pays almost £400 per month to her for the three children, half the mortgage on the house that she refuses to sell and earns 40k herself and she still wants more. He offered for her to leave the house and for him to look after the kids but she knows what side her bread is buttered on x
My heart goes out to you – it is disgraceful you and your partner should be in this position.Your partners ex obviously cares nothing for her children…. Like you say they’re a meal ticket. Do not understand why child support like child allowance etc is not fixed. Sad though it is the route of not paying mortgage may force her greedy hand. I see both sides – have 2 children – work more hours than I care to count – don’t have a penny from their dad (don’t want his money) but he does see them and pay for quite a few big ticket items – makes them and him happy (yes I dislike him with avengence but he is my childrens dad and as long as my children benefit I’m happy). My partner has a greedy, grasping ex with 2 ‘adults’ – doesn’t work, is registered disabled herself (obese, smokes……..), one child registered disabled (adhd), tried to get the other one registered disabled but docs were having non of it and spends her waking hours trying to get money from him. He can not afford to work……..
