CSA claims I have three children when I do not
I am a Canadian who now lives in the United Kingdom, apparently I have a child here, which is impossible. I have sent the CSA everything and requested DNA tests which I am willing to do, this will end all of it. I also asked for a data protecting Act so I could have the info they have.
They never complied and they stopped sending me anything. They did start taking money from my salary without any proof I was the father. I changed jobs, and the stopped sending letters. I have now received a demand for 21k, lowered to 7k.
How can they get away with it? They did not even comply with the data protection act.
I can provide proof of my existance in Canada during which time they tell me I had the child, and apparently admitted to it, but if I was not in the country.
This all stems from a visit to Uganda, I met a man there who was milking the UK for everything without ever setting foot in the country, he had a scam for everything, and I have a feeling he decided to use my name.

You need to start getting to the bottom of this, your are legally entitled to your file by law so request this again in writing. Also speak to your mp or solicitor who will be able to help you, something isn’t right here with regards to your case.
