CSA can’t find my ex, even though he hasn’t moved in 16 years

I first registered with the CSA the year they were founded and I was one of the first families on their books. Since then, myself and my three children have not received a penny of child maintenace due to the CSA using the poor excuse my ex husband cannot be found despite the fact he has always lived in the same town. I have rung them at regular intervals over the years providing mega amounts of information even a confident address to no avail!

They have now informed me they have conveniently closed the case with a dept outstanding of £90,000 and according to one advisor the most dept ever recorded!! Needless to say I am furios and heartbroken- all my children have suffered hardship and poverty because of the CSA with no compensation or apology!
