CSA Bolton carried on taking money after case was closed

January 20, 2013

After my claim was closed without any arrears on 08 2011 the csa bolton carried on taking money up to and including september 2012 adding up to a sum of £1781 overpayment . After numerous calls to sort this out and going through all figures with them ,( including letters they originaly sent me to prove o arrears ) they come up with a figure of overpayment of only £577.00 .

How can they be allowed to be so imcompetent and get away with theft as i have always made all payments on time?

Total idiots who are unaccountable to anyone!!

Unfortunately you have got the worst thing that anyone could ever have, you’ve got CSA Bolton! Of course those of us that have already suffered at the hands of this deceitful, misleading and downright lying organisation will already be aware that this is in fact a mere subsidiary of the CSA/CMA. That’s right, a privately owned company contracted to try and make things even worse for those of us that have already had our lives and the lives of our families ruined by the real CSA (sounds a bit like the real IRA, although slightly more sinister) If you think that the CSA just ooze gross stupidity, incompetence, negligence and bias then just wait until you have had a stomach full of this shambolic group of rule breakers.
Originally owned and run by Vertex Data Science, I’m now lead to believe that this is now just another government department to be taken over by the giant Serco. They run swimming pools and leisure centres, they operate a fleet of dustmen and of course they are heavily involved in running some of our privately operated prisons. Jack Straw MP once described the privatisation of our prisons as “morally repugnant” in so much as it was wrong for shareholders to benefit from the incarceration of others. However once he was home secretary he quickly changed his tune. My question now though is it not also morally repugnant for the private sector to profit from the misery they inflict upon hard working and law abiding NRP’s and PWC’s?
Only time will tell if they can do anything to lift the stigma that has quite rightly been attached to CSA Bolton. However one thing is for sure, things can only get better!

    david,

    Why did your case closed?

CSA payments run in arrears, so if your liability ceased in August, your last payment may well have been made in the September.

Have you requested/received a full account breakdown?

Csa Bolton is as nightmare they have staff who a bit more experimced to do offline. Work and they have the usless floorwalkers half of them just do it to get away taking calls, they all concentrate on gossip and people in back office and people on contact centre just go on extra breaks overall if they concentrate on managing staff were needed ie attending phone calls it might make life easier for every one
