CSA are useless
For nearly 3 years I have been trying to get money from my ex who keeps moving and keeps swapping jobs it too the cs 9 months to get 1 payment, i have received compensation from them! All i want is my ex to pay money is should be paying, after 6 payments in 36 months and several letters of complaint to my mp the cas have now gone to court for a court order to start legal proceedings to claim the money back and start sending the bayliffs round well i cant wait – shame it takes the csa 3 years to start this process! The are completley useless and I cant wait for the bayliffs to start knocking!! If dead beat dads dont pay they should loose everything!! Although am sure it will take another 3 years for me and my son to get any money!

Sounds like another scrounger unwilling to bear any responsibility for their own lives and expecting every one else to pay. If he is such a “dead beat dad” what does that say about you ? You sleep with losers and don’t care if you get pregnant! thats what it says about you. I have heard fine testimony from women on here that have made a mistake and gone on to provide for their children without scrounging from the state by working hard and developing a career for themselves. Keep using this fascist arm of the state to rob your ex an excellent role model for your children.Did it ever enter your head that he might just be looking after another family where children are involved? Don’t be so black and white and do a little growing up its not all about revenge.
Will Vic arnt you stupid, I guess you cant read properly hence your silly comments! For your information i work a full time job whilst supporting my child. if for 1 second i would have known he was going to walk out, steel my savings I would never had got involved inthe first place.
The csa need to do the job right. Every penny I eaern goes on supporting my child, I dont need the donors money but you bet your bottom dollar I will make him pay through.

I hope the csa continue to screw the walk out dead beat dads! They should make sure they can afford to screw up lives before they do!

No body can predict the future let alone their future selves yet you seem to assume that a mistake in the present should be punished for ever into the future, a little harsh I think.
I am not asking anyone to predict the future all I want is the csa to get the money from the idiot,I want him to be made to pay half the money to support our son, he thinks he can just walk out and take my money and then not offer any financial support, he moves everytime the csa track him down, and is now on job seekers working for cash in hand and happy to brag about it! I for one cant wait for the courts to start the legal proceedings to start reposseing and sending the bayliffs round, Men should be held accountable if they walk out!!

My wife’s ex husband is the same way! This DEADBEAT LOSER has tried everything in the past 6 years to manipulate the court system and try to get out of paying child support. When the courts FINALLY force him to go to court for not paying, he goes in and promises that he just got a job and he’s gonna start paying…and guess what? He DOESN’T. And the courts are far too leinient. They just take his word for it even though his past history shows he has failed to pay for years and even has contempts against him!!!!!!! I Trust me, I know what you’re going through. The Child Support Collection Agencies at a state level are so frustrating…it takes FOREVER for them to do anything! And the world WONDERS why so many people go for welfare and stuff from the state!! Maybe if the state ENFORCED Child support harder, they wouldnt have to pay out so much in welfare. Anyway, hope is in th form of a FEDERAL act called “THE DEADBEAT PARENTS PUNISHMENT ACT”. Look into this. It is a FEDERAL LAW and if you can show them how he has continually evaded paying child support, keeps movie, keeps quitting hobs, etc… then the FEDS have to bring it to their level…and it is taken more seriously.
A few correction… I mean to say “keeps moving” NOT keep movie. and quitting “jobs”, not hobs.
My wife’s ex has made the court look like useless fools. He has manipulated them so much and they let him get away with it for years. This deadbeat loser even owns a house, works under the table, and all that. YET he still manages to play the system for as long as he can.
People like this scumbag deserve JAIL. They live it up while their poor kids are suffering financially… and they dont give a crap one bit. Makes me sick.
Jay, what a wonderful comment, sadly though the stupid legal systme in this country has to sald consider the human rights thanks to the european courts!!! His rights should have been taken away the day he walked out, he is allowed to get away with everyting, if perhaps this soft lenient country did what it was meant to be and set some hard deterants then maybe ded beat dads would think twiced about not paying!!!
