CSA are only after my money
CSA is looking for all means to claw my money. I was on direct pay to my Ex account. But, at the set up stage, we had a dispute about certain money I sent not to be for maintenance. She claimed it was the money I owed her. Argued back and fort. at last I repaid the money again. Only for C SA to decide to change it to collect and pay, they said it is at the request of my Ex to do so. Have logged my complain to them. Instead of addressing the complaint, all I get are different letters with different amount alleged that am owing, with phone calls and text harassing me up and down.

I can sympathise mate. Mine is a similar story to yourself. CSA phoned me saying ex wants payments through them, not Direct Pay anymore, so they’re putting me back on Direct Debit after agreeing Direct Pay terms with ex. Arrogant CSA official telling what I can and can’t do. Well they can shove their assessment amount and arrears up their arse, I will continue paying Direct Pay amount to ex as per agreement. Oh and whilst we’re on the subject…..she can fucking do one as well.
