Crazy ex gets away with making up stories
I am expecting the Sheriff’s Officers (Bailiffs) tomorrow to lift all our goods thanks to the CSA. They have cocked this up from the day they got involved! They’re now after me for and eye-watering amount and more than three times what I should be paying. And it’s been backdated to some crazy date that bears no relevance on anything.
My ex, a psycho, mentally abusing manipulator, put me through hell. I did nothing wrong but she made it her business to destroy my reputation and is currently trying her best to put me in prison. She always had a reputation for being a liar and a brat and how I got involved with her I’ll never know! I left her as I feared for my safety and she made threats against me that will make most people’s jaws drop.
My new wife, who I met long after I left my nutjob ex wife, is a gem and very supportive but even she gets in despair from time to time thanks to my ex’s antics. These include stalking us, sitting in her car opposite the house staring at our front window, verbal abuse and many other tricks designed to grind us down. She’s accused me of rape, beating her up and even abuse at a parent-teacher evening even though plenty of witnesses say that she just made it up. In fact, as everybody there saw, it was the other way around! The cops came the next day to arrest me on some bollocks charge and, interestingly, the female police officer (clearly one of the ‘sisters) gave me such a hard time you’d think I’d been molesting children! Yet when I tell the cops of her latest jive, they’re not interested.
The real victim is my son. My ex is wealthy and worth a bob or two (she’s now got all my money as well as her own which was a fair amount beforehand anyway). Nevertheless, I let her have our house and everything in it and staked no claim on anything as I wanted to move on and saw no benefit from dragging things on, chiefly for my son’s sake. But she wanted EVERYTHING I owned (and got it). Despite a verbal payment agreement between my ex and I, for reasons that are yet to be clear, she got the CSA involved and things went from teetering on the edge to now most definitely heading towards oblivion.
And so, after over a year of getting nowhere with the CSA, their bully-boy tactics and sneaky, sneaky ways, we’ve given up and they’re coming to take our cars and anything that looks valuable. The next step, I’m informed by letter, is that they will place a restriction on my driver’s licence (won’t pay so we’ll take your means to work -can’t work; can’t pay – great logic) and then they will confiscate my passport. They have placed a charge on my old house which I was trying to sell as it was lying empty since I moved in with my new wife to her house and I’m now forced to pay the mortgage on something we can’t afford and no longer want. I’ve since rented it out to reduce it’s liability but the rent nowhere near meets the mortgage amount. We’re screwed everywhere we look.
I love my son and he idolises me and he and his new stepmum have a great bond (she’s a teacher – great with kids) but our spirits are broken and we’re just so dog tired of being shat upon. We’re really thinking of just upping sticks and going abroad.
Personally, I’ve even considered offing myself, such is the menace of the CSA driven by my ex-wife’s wicked and vengeful aggression.
It’s all a bag of shite.

I know exactly how you feel. Those kind of women should be shot, and unfortunately the “it’s all mine” mentality seems to be spreading. Move to Dubai. it’s a non remo country….which is exactly where I’m aiming to go. then I can put a sensible amount away to help the kids, without being raped.. I do hope you get it sorted, as it will kill you & your partner eventually….the stress is beyond anything most normal people have to put up with.
sYep heard it all before. Unfortunely your in happy land. New wife new house etc while shes left on the dole to bring the kids with nothing. Yet again dead beat dad whinging. Maybe? shes still in love with you hence the stalking etc. You have not said why you left!!!!!!!!!!Ooooooo usual excuses HER after all it is ALWAYS the X”s fault never yours yet your living in happy land……………like most of your kind!!!

I have similar situation and understand the original post.
My ex is a very violent biitch, she used a big meat-cleaver to chop my head several times, shourted, yelled and insulted frequently.
For safety I can not live with her. She is now using CSA to force me to give her money, 1/3 of my net income.
In addition, she is badmouthiung me to my kids, braingwashing them, so all my 3 kids hated me and even wanted to beat me up.
I can’t see my beloved kids, whom are brainwashed and full of anger/hatred.
Now they are all teenagers, full of hatred, one of them (17) is fighting with my ex all the time, and would do anything that upset my ex. The other two (14, 15) are probably going the way soon.
I would appreciate any advice on how to get out of the evil hands of the CSA.
I’ve got a new partner Alice now, she is very understanding and gentle. I am thinking about raising our new kids, where I will be able look after them in their entire childhood growth.
Hi Brian if yuo have not let them in to do a walk in possession then they cannot come to remove any goods. Doo not worry about them removing your driving license or your passport they really do not have any power to do so and we have proven that in court when we have represented our members.

To add to the list, I also have a violent nutjob as an ex lol.
Three times I called the police for help, and three times they took her side and warned me. The next time it happened I didnt bother with the police and left.
She even accused me of sexually abuing my son and being a paedophile to thwart contact. She got a formal police caution for that one.
Women huh, cant live with them ……. nope, got no more!
Just got the ‘you’re going to prison’ letter from the CSA. Two hours of pointless phone calls has deduced that I’m owe them £2000 – £9000 (nobody knows for sure – depending who I speak to) not helped by the fact that, apart from being cut off every time they try to put me through to a different dept, some of the people I speak to are positively rude and quite holier-than-thou.
In short, I got nowhere. I want to pay, quite keen in fact, but they’ve ballsed this up from day one. I can’t get them to understand that I cannot afford to pay £450 a month as that’s over half of what I take home. They want this amount and there’s no compromise.
So, jail it is, then. Fuck em.
