Cost more in phone calls than I have received from the CSA in 7 years
Csa are a waste of time I dont even know why we bother. Its cost me more in phone calls over the last 7 years and in 7 yrs Ive had roughly £40 IN PAYMENTS.
You never follow anything up unless called and to be honest I dont know what you do do cause you have done nothing for me! Really annoys me that you all sit in your little office saying your doing this and that when actually your not cause am still no closer to any payments than I was 7 years ago. You should be ashamed with yourselves.
We come to you to help us get money for our children that they deserve and you claim to have no anchorage on this at all if a person dodges job to job or gives false information.

1. If a 0845 / 0844 / 0870 no – go to http://www.saynoto0870no – search on google and put in the no and it will search for an alternative no. i.e. starting 01 instead.
2. Can you email them, can find email addresses
3. Also if you want to join the facebook groups child support agencies failings and other groups which give support and advice.
