Complaint letter to the Child Support Agency

To whoever it may concern,

I write to you again whilst still waiting for a reply to my last 3-4 correspondence about money I have already given to LAURA AUSTIN. The money you are taking from me and giving to her is causing more heartache and trouble than you could possibly believe.

As stated several times in my previous Letters, Fax’s and Emails, you are taking an attachment of earnings from me and giving it to a woman who I have already paid for my son’s upkeep for the last TEN years.

She has lied to you and cheated me and my son out of money that is rightfully ours FRAUD!

My son still hasn’t received a single penny from her and now I can’t afford to help him anymore.

Again as stated previously, my son’s mother is a violent alcoholic who you are making me feed her habit/habits need proof??

2 weeks ago LAURA AUSTIN was arrested for beating an old age pensioner over the head in his own home. The pensioner was trying to protect his daughter who Ms Austin beat to a pulp and needed hospital attention (severe bruising and a broken arm). The 65 year old man needed 18 stitches to the head, treatment for concussion and a broken wrist. The argument started over comments Laura Austin made on Facebook threatening to KILL the girl, the very same social network Austin uses to ridicule me stating ‘how flush she is now’ ‘shopping sprees to get new clothes’ and bragging about upgrading her car. all bought about by illegally gained money from me via you!

Austin has been charged with ABH, Drink driving and breaking and entering, all denied claiming lack of memory due to being extremely drunk.

So do you see, ‘the money you are taking from me and giving to her is causing more heartache and trouble than you could possibly believe’!

I truly hope you are keeping records of my correspondences with you (as I am) because this whole sorry affair needs airing and lessons within the CSA must at last be learned.

My responsibility lies with my son with his schooling and general upbringing, not with her! You have halted this process & now I can’t afford to give him a single penny, I can’t even invite him round anymore as I have no fixed abode all caused by your incredible errors.

Everybody around me is suffering whilst she lives the life of Riley because of a decision you have made based on a Liars word. Her allegations that I haven’t given her money for my son over the years is just one of many personal ‘attacks’ she has made on either me or my family. She still seeks revenge for leaving her TEN years ago.

The police have evidence of her behavioral problems and her criminal records show this. Please open your eyes and investigate this case. I can provide several excellent character witnesses to verify my honesty and integrity to appeal this case, hopefully then you will understand how unfairly I and more importantly my son have been treated by the CSA.

I will state again…

SINCE LAURA AUSTIN AND I SEPARATED IN 1999 I HAVE ALWAYS MADE FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARDS MY SON’S (TYLER JAKE PEACH) UPKEEP.

Finally as bad luck would have it, the old age pensioner and his daughter, who Laura Austin viciously assaulted in their own home a fortnight ago…is my wife’s next door neighbor, coincidence? probably not, as she didn’t pass the opportunity to bang on my wife’s door and threaten her and my daughter with ‘the same he got’.

With an ‘attempted murder’ next door and threats of violence by the perpetrator, my wife is going through hell which in turn affects my children and my relationship with them. Please please do something about it before the CSA has even more blood on its hands, which is exactly how the media will view it.
