Child Support Agency enforce deductions
For years now i have been battling against the CSA , in the past 12 months i have the same amount of case workers and have gathered up more air miles when my case is being passed around the counrty.
I have had problems tracking down mistakes and arrears i do not owe. Deduction of earnings thus leaving me with a monthly wage of just over £600 to support and look after my own 3 children.
20% of MY FAMILY tax credits going to my ex wife I have involved my MP and got no where, i have recently changed my job and have been making my own payments. This month they enforced a deduction from earnings again, leaving me with the above amount again. I have yet another case worker who has enforced with deduction of earnings who suprise suprise i cant get hold of!
I have reported to the Inderpendant Case Examminer, they concluded that i had been dealt with wrongly and issued an appology with a cheque of £20 for my trouble!!!!! i never recived it.
They have now re opened my case but i am not very hopefull.
Any one have any ideas or can help?!

They really arw the ‘scum of the earth’ and try to justify what they do by hiding behind ‘raising children out of poverty’! My a_se!
They are keeping themselves in their precious little jobs, paid for with taxpayers money, with gold plated pensions and bonuses for continually targeting the easy victims.
I cannot wait until someone with millions of pounds goes after them in the courts and when there is a successful challenge. and the courts rule that the whole scam has to be shut down and its’ victims compensated, I will be asking for all of my money back, with interest and damages.

The CSA is an out of control agency that would have appeared to have inherited a myriad of powerful options to intimidate, threaten and ruin NRP’s whilst delivering little or no benefit to PWC.
Yeah and the problem is that there are not enough of us being active. And I am as guilty as anyone here as once the CSA torpedo your life and you invent some coping mechanism to get from one month to the next we go silent . They break every law in the UK that relates to debt recovery and contravene human rights law in force in europe and do it with a smug and sadistic smile on their bullying bureaucratic faces. Each and everyone of us needs to start both fighting back and supporting each other.
I went to my MP and insisted on a meeting between myself, a CSA representative (they call them face to face officers!) and the MP. I played on the fact that although my ex was not co operating, financial hardship was actually being caused by the CSAs mal administration and lenient response to the non compliance. It's been a year and I have had to phone them every week and have had to make myself aware of all their policies and legislations and basically guide them through every step. A year later they have now issued a liability order for the arrears and bailiff action is imminent. As for the actual assessment, my ex has lodged dozens of change of change of circumstances and, again quoting their legislation, have made them take the appropriate action against his family run company. I also received a compensatory payment of £300 to cover my costs and inconvenience!!! I fully understand how you feel about ur child being made redundant, it's despicable behavior and my daughter went through the same thing. That was 2 years ago now and she is now a lovely, happy little girl who understands that her mummy loves her and her daddy has just made some bad choices. I dont bad mouth him in her presence and if SHE ever wants to re establish contact I will stand by her side the whole way. As for him, he made his choice, my daughter had to deal with it, he can now wait until she is ready. If you need any help with the CSA I'm happy to give you my contact details. Good luck xxx
my mp was good and helped me my case was gooing no where untill he helped
ps most of the problems with my case was the boulton office

Sorry to read about your case and I do understand how you feel.
No Solicitor or MP can help and nobody cares.
Lets face it if this was happening in any other country there would be a walk out. Look at France recently, the people strongly protesting and bringing the city to a halt.
We all need to march to Downing Street and highlight these cases and get the TV involved.
