Cannot see my children
I split with my ex partner 12months ago. it was my decision to go, but i felt at the time it was right and i now know it is the right decision i made. My only mistake was not to do it sooner. The problem is that now my ex wont let me see my children. When we split all i wanted was the best for my children, so i gave away my share in the house(£70,000 equity) so i knew my children would be brought up in a good area, in a good sized home.
I gave my ex £700 pounds(3/4 of my wages) for the first 4 months so i knew all bills would be paid and children would not want for nothing.I got to see the children every 2 weeks which i argued it should be more but she said it was that or nothing. i pay maintenance on the dot every month. Then my ex decided she wanted more, when i refused she stopped me seeing children. She contacted the CSA who then informed me i was paying too much!! Now i have not seen my children since Jan 22 it is now early june.
Her response now is to go to court so i will have to pay thousands and she going to laugh in my face and ignore the first order.(i will skin you!!!) i have been to solicitors and had letters sent to her but to no avail, i cannot get legal aid and i cannot afford to go to court. I am at wits end, people tell me to stop paying her money every month but i want to provide for my children but i WANT to see them!

you do not need to pay thoudends
go to your court house and ask for a c100 form (order contact form
and you can do it all your self this what i did
tell the courts that you have been given no access rights at all do recorded everything ,text message letters ,etc
you should get basic contact which is every other weekend which is min access
all way fight for 50 50
do not do the tit for tate crap what she did ignore all of that
MOST IMORPANT DO NOT LOOSE YOUR TEMPER AND RASIE YOUR VOICE OR ANYTHING
when you go to see the kids and she refuses just walk away
once the court is in place if she does not follow it and refuses to follow it you can go back to court and state this ,mothers like this are creul breach of court orders will not be tolerated
