Cannot afford to fight to see my son yet
I have an ex wife who was all good with draining my bank account for the first 9 months that i was in the Army and the used my checking account info to pay all of her bills. I decided with my sons best interest in mind that pursuing a lawsuit for fraud would be out of the question. I had no way to take care of him in training and my parents are unable to care for him. She was all good with me seeing him until one day i told her about my new life, a wife a house and another child on the way. After a 2 year separation and a divorce where I had been paying every month and tried very hard to maintain contact with my son. He is now 4 yrs old and does not eat regular food and is not potty trained.
She cut all contact for about 6 months now and even though i still pay and went home on leave she hid my son from me and i went to the police and the magistrate and still the only one who could help was an attorney. I cant afford one yet but believe me she will pay when my son is old enough to realize what she is doing to me and my sons current relationship. Well thanks for reading.
Not all mothers are like this, I’ve seen it. I just have a special case of dumb ass ex wife.

I Can help you with resolving this issue. it will cost you 250 quid in court application called a C1 form.
dead easy its called a resedancy order. you apply she attends court she will salg you off bad ext. all you need to say is i have a new life wife and child. i want to spend time with my other son “this will bring down the CSA payments” then all you need to do is let he rrant away in court. youll get a letter from CAFF CASS. dont respond to CAF cass saying thats all bull shit. say this its fine what shes saying she would say nasty things to ensure she gets the money from the CSA say text book case. sure youve seen this all before. then go back and attend court stressfull at first but not as bad as it seems. I am going through it now make sure you keep the kids intrests in mind. say i want his throurghts and feelings to be a priority not the mothers. Every time she rants just keep your head down except the conditions that shes evil and twisted. the Judge will look at her and see shes lieing. your a father your love for your child is precious she has cost you alot of time the kid will never get back it will seem like eternity to him poor kid.
but stay on track man 250 is nothing. if she applys for it she will get it for free beacause all twisted women like this say domestic vilonce making women seem like they cry wolf when i know women that had beatings dayly and sufferd for life. my ex gets 400 pm she will call me for everything she can, but in a few months she will miss that money. the more time you get with your nipper the less cash she gets.
and if you and your new partner split well she can share the CSA to hint hint. CSA cant tell her who the monther is. and to your x you say i am paying CSA to some one i slept with when we were together. or with your new partner then the money you were paying gets halfed to current x! wich might not be your X. and you might just coincidently be living together do the math pal. why would the CSA investigate it it would cost them thousands and whos money is it yours not the tax payers or hers. your money that you can spend on your son. not the x and her new car. fight it man. i cant leave you with contact details as such but ill say this women are twisted.
Thanks for the info gentlemen. This will be very helpful in my efforts to see my child and no 250 is nothing when I get to have my child in my life. Plane tickets arent cheap cross country all the time but I’m very sure I can find a way as I always do.
