Can they tell the PWC about my children’s disabilities?
I’m currently trying to apply for a variation on the chid maintence my husband has to pay to his ex. We have 4 other children and two who are disabled . They have told me that they cannot take into account that I cannot work because of caring and my loss of income as my income hasn’t been taken into account. A flimsy excuse as they have my kids tax credits! And yes it does cost us money to have me at home to care !
Is this right? When their website says personal care and attendance . And also is it true that they are allowed to tell the pwc the private information I have sent in regarding my children’s disabilities ?

They really don’t give a shit when you move on to improve your life to get away from a abusive life
They have to give the other parent an explanation of why the variation has been made but can’t give specific information so they can say its due to child having disability but not what the disability is or the details if that child
They are not allowed to disclose any info that is personal as this would be a breach of the data protection act. If you suspect this has happened contact the information commissioners office they are very strict about this
