Can the payments be restructured to suit all of us?

Ive recently separated from my partner of 7 years who I have two children with. I’ve had £486 taken this month and it’s extremely affecting my ability to get to work and having a destromental effect on my motivation.

I’m fully committed to providing and caring for my children who I have regularly at their mothers discretion and provide for accordingly.

I find the payments very excessive considering their mother is already being heavily subsidised since our separation im looking for some clarity and weather the payments can be restructured to accommodate all of us.

Since our separation I’ve been living on my fathers couch trying to establish myself as a single man this has given me a massive setback and am slowly falling into depression I believe in a system painted with the tag of democracy and supposed “equality” their must be a fairer resolution

  1. Hi Daniel,
If you can make a private arrangement with your ex, sit down and agree a fair amount to support your children.
Avoid the csa at all costs mate, otherwise your life will be one long battle at the mercy of the unfair csa.
They will make up arrears, harrass you until you are suicidal and then some.
You will be dealing with people who get bonuses for putting you in arrears and non complience.

Do yourself a big favour and save yourself massive amounts of stress and persecution.
    Regards,
    Woody
