Can the CSA take money from my ex’s savings?

I have three children aged between 10 and 17. My soon to be ex does not make any child support payments as he does not work, but he will be receiving around 70k from our divorce settlement. Can deductions be made from his savings once he gets this as I am struggling to support our children while he has just walked away without any responsibilities?

  1. Well, well, another woman… sorry, PWC looking to fleece money out of a man… sorry, NRP as soon as he gets some.

And I’m right to say woman instead of PWC, cos I don’t know any man greedy and selfish enough to get CSA involved. it’s pretty much always women that get CSA involved cos they care more about the money than their kids.
