You must now understand that you have now become a victim of the despised Child Support Agency, and as a Non Resident Parent, you have no rights whatsoever, the Parent With Custody is the only parent who the CSA may listen to. You must realise that the CSA are Fraudulent, Dishonest and Morally Corrupt, if this is your first dealings with this Agency, you may think I am exaggerating, but within just a few Months, you will realise I am 100% correct. You are now just a cash cow, to be bled dry and then cast aside. I would suggest joining the Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/204256966364149/ as the only way to fight this corruption is by standing side by side, shoulder to shoulder and use strength of numbers.

I agree with all of the above but especially Dave Darby…. I am a female who has been brought up with self respect and have worked hard all my life (like most females I know) but I have to say, dating a man who’s ex is a greedy mare who thinks the world owes her a living, has opened my eyes and made me ashamed of some women!!
Both adults should use protection if YOU don’t want a child, don’t take the chance!! I have read some shocking stories on here whereby women have children instead of a career to avoid having to work and have many children to different fathers…. just for the money!!!
i’m sure there has been thousands of guys in the same boat and although we would love to believe (as honest, decent, self-respecting adults ourselves) that the woman will be honest with you…. they are not, and this has been proven time and time again…. the only way to avoid being a Dad (if you don’t want kids with the person you are sleeping with) is to use something…
She will have a claim against you unfortunately and the CSA will drain of your will-to-live as well as your money….

Yes unfortunately when that brown envelope lands your life is no longer your own, you will be bled dry, some women do lie about having children knowing that when they do fall pregnant they are then financially supported for life and the poor chap loses the will to live as Sally says above, good luck with CSA don’t be bullied by any of them
I feel for you but as all above,like me it’s bad news I’m afraid…the fact that she was told, as was you that she couldn’t have children makes no difference,the child is there and the cash til just rang again for the CSA.
You are as Peter brown said ” a cash cow” to be bled and bled until you can bleed no more and then dumped out with the trash. You won’t get any thanks for the money,certainly not from the CSA and probably not from the mother as like a lot of them see it as their god given right because it’s the law…no moral issue here.
My skank of an ex put on my variation of payment application these very words to justify her robbery and using my daughter as an income for her, ” I am disgusted that he should even apply for a variation to pay less for his daughter, it’s not my fault he has to pay so much,it’s the law”. I could see her clearly in my mind sniggering when she wrote that.
