Can the CSA force me to pay through them and not direct?
I had been paying money by DD to the mother of my bairns bank account for some time when i suddenly got a threat to go to CSA of mother (was unemployed and started paying her £20 a month as per CSA guidelines).
They then phoned me to which i said do what you want with my benefits as you will anyway but i refuse to pay any money through you when i start work. They then proceeded to take money of my benefits for a total of two months whilst i was paying her through my bank account by DD. They knew i was paying proof was their etc.
Can these people force me to pay through them? If so how is this helping child poverty as i was paying the end of every month (apart from unless it was a weekend dd was due to come out!) and all they do is fuck around with peoples payments and pay late etc.
I refuse to have anything to do with the CSA and they can lock me up for what i care as i refuse to live my life having my finances looked at and scrutinised by a bunch of corrupt bureacrats!

The law is heavily behind the CSA cos of the dads or NRPs that wouldnt pay anything otherwise. So those that will and do pay end up having to suffer these people as well. It is an infringement on our civil liberties, yet one successive governments tend to ignore. You either pay or dont work, then they make you pay from your giro. You cant win either way once they got their hooks into you, unless you just want to keep flitting from one job to the next every 11 weeks or so. That way they can never make an accurate assessment of how much you should pay. Some NRPs are quite happy to do that. Question is, are you?
I feel for you.im being screwd by these fucking dogs for £320 a month via a DOE and for a child I never get to see and by a fucking bitch who left me for a German only 9 months after we married…and these pricks called the csa wonder why us NRP’s are bitter.You either never work again and let the pricks chew the fat off £5 a week from your benefits or go self employed,that way you have control over your earnings and the fucks cant do anything about it….lastly…leave the country and never come back…as the last chap said…once these fuckers get their claws into you…your’e FUCKED!!!

If you choose to go on benefits then in the long run you will lose out as the money you get is rubbish and praise the lord they are ensuring people don’t stay on jobseekers? As people like you are a disgrace I am a pwc and my partner is a nrp and yes we pay for his child which WE have no objection as the most important thing in all this is the welfare of the child!!
