They did exactly the same to us…told us to stop paying when hubbys daughter turned 19 this march then in april called to say they want arrears off us and that we should never have stopped paying. Marvellous hen shes got 2 jobs and has left college…total rip off!

You may want to investigate further and see if your ex was encouraged by the CSA staff to reopen the case. If this has been done then the CSA are in breach of policy and could face severe consequences
