Can someone challenge the CSA?
I HAVE ONE CHILD WITH A LADY THAT LADY REPORTED ME TO CSA THEN CSA CONTINUOUSLY TAKEN A LOT OF MONEY INTO MY SALARY AND LEAVE ME WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY. NOW AM STRUGGLE TO PAY RENT COUNCILS TAX AND MONEY TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF. THE WOMAN THEY ARE COLLECTING MONEY FOR HAS A VERY GOOD JOB, SHE IS A PHD LECTURER AT THE UNIVERSITY. THE LADY DESPITE CSA TAKEN BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR HER SHE IS NOT ALLOWED ME TO SEE MY CHILD. WE ARE IN COURT TO HAVE RIGHT OF PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY, ADDITIONALLY THAT WOMAN HER BOY BOYFRIEND WHEN TO COURT AND GET AN ORDER FOR PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY TO CLAIM THE RIGHT OF CHILD.
I NEED HELP ESPECIALLY THE PROBLEM WITH CSA TAKEN BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY, I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO HELP AND CHALLENGE CSA TO STOP THEM DO THAT TO ME.I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR SOON.

Finish your job and claim from the system
No appeal process
Don’t bother going to court you are wasting your time on the system
Ignore it and enjoy yourself best you can

I understand where your coming from. I also pay a large amount in support leaving me penniless. I am fighting system myself. may I ask where you live. I live in the US and I am fighting for my constitutional rights and my god given rights. there is a way to fight just know how. best of luck to you.
