The CSA have no right to know anything other than HIS taxable income. They might try and ask and find out about other income but DO NOT tell them anything! Hope he has proof of how much he’s been giving her?

My husband pays CSA and they don’t know my income and they have no legal right to. If they ask you do not need to tell them she can’t make a joint claim she is talking rubbish!
The CSA have not asked for a partner’s income since 2003.
They changed the formula anf stopped taking in to consideration the NRP’s household expenses and hence no longer needed to know the total household income.
It is a mistake to believe the only consider taxable income.
They look at income, full stop. On CS2 they would then remove NI, tax and pension payments while on CS3 they just look at gross income.
