Let her go to the csa, she will only get money from when she phoned them to open a case, she cant open a case now and demand money from 5 years ago, how spiteful of her
No as long as you can prove it
With the new maintenance options now in place I can’t see her getting very far to be honest….she’ll have to pay to open a case up and then lose 4% of her payments….is it worth it?
They might tell you to work it out via mediation or go to court.
Beat her to it and phone them up yourself to get some advice, the new system is being set up to stop pwcs getting unreasonable and greedy.
Best of luck
