A court order for maintenance usually over-rules the CSA.
But yet the CSA believe they are above the law
Although I’m sure the csa will try to deny it but a court order should be enough to send them packing. You will have to provide a copy to them. You really don’t want to get the csa involved they are divisive but it could be you end up paying less. Check out the on line calculator.
Oh yes, one here exactly after your maintenance agreement was made she can get it reassessed by the csa. If you are paying spousal maintenance then that is not taken into account.
The CSA have their own jurisdiction. A court order is meaningless to them, and the family courts have no power over the csa whatsoever.
Ie what the previous people said is wrong I am afraid.
One year, not one here. It is apparently a major source of CsA complaints now that mothers agreed to a direct arrangement through the court order promising not to use the csa. But then a year later they go to the csa… And the csa WILL overrule a court order.
Yes she can, csa can take over the court order, but if you know anything of the csa she’s cutting her nose off to spite her face.
Try the csa calculator and see what she would be entitled to if she went that route.
Tim Tim Marshall is correct csa dont care about court orders then put you in mega arrears
Sounds like greed is creeping in again
Turns out she’d get £50 less than we’ve been paying for last 4 years! She’s gone surprisingly quiet now!
Told you that she’ll be cutting her nose off….just hope csa don’t mess things up.
