Can I take the CSA to tribunals again
I took the CSA to the tribunals service regarding property valuations and rental income derived from the property, the tribunals service found partly in my favour, but as is often the case, they also decided to make a discretionally award of £*** per week based on rental income. The CSA has now implemented the additional £*** per week based on equity NOT rental income.
I approached the CSA, who say they have to base the additional monies on equity because they do not have systems for erroneous additional payments. It is my case that the CSA have not correctly implemented the tribunal’s decision., is this sufficient to take the CSA to the tribunals service again?
