Can I stop payments until I get proper visitation rights?
I pay monthly and now ex wants to use csa as they will ask me to pay an extra £49 per month!
I have no problem with this but sha makes me tell her 2 months in advance wen i will see my daughter even though she knows my shift pattern is changing at present and makes excuses that she is tired after a day out that day(which never happened as often when i was on the scene
Also im not allowed to introduce my daughter to my girlfriend till i been with her 5years after a long think i may stop payments till i get proper visitation rights should i do this and can i do this?

No you can’t
Csa not interested whether you see the child or not you still need to pay regardless whether it will put you in debt. Legal system re contact sucks as well
CSA have not affects on whether you see the child or not
You can but will she not go to the CSA and then you will pay more and still have no control over visitation rights.
The CSA have nothing to do with access.
Avoid getting involved with the CSA at all costs.
No two separate issues
I must say I think its shocking if you pay csa or direct and visitation is restricted for no other reason than the parent chooses to then payments should be stopped its as simple as that.

The CSA do not care about playing fair and neither do far too many mothers. And although the fathers lose out financially and emotionally it’s the childrens lives that are ultimately ruined by how the system works. Bad mothers are all to common it seems when it comes to contact issues, because they use the children and money as weapons. Like the CSA, they lack the ability to act rationally. Money and contact are one issue, despite what some may have you believe. Without enough money a father is plunged into poverty and therefore cannot provided for his children as he should be able to when they are in his care. A sensible means tested method that takes into account a fathers rent and living expenses would be a huge step forward, but equally, greedy, spitefull and controlling mothers need to put the childrens needs above there own and allow fathers contact and realise that without us working you would get all the money that you do.

Even if you have a contact order that mother has broken the CSA will take the actual contact, not what has been ordered. They know just like mothers do that contact orders are toilet paper.
Wish it was that simple welcome to the world of money driven ex’s which don’t look at the best interest of a child especially my ex who can’t let it go and accept I am a good dad
