Can I see the child before I start paying?
I met a lady in 18/04/2011 in 26 august2011 she tolled me that she is pregnant ,2012/04/16 she phone me and say that is she given a berth ,she new that I’m a marred man I ask her to give me a small time plan this, what she did she went to open the case for a child support against me 18-09-2012.
I went to the court a jag ask me that is that your child ?I agreed and say yes but never see the child before on that day on court she only show me the photo child with a oxygen musk on the phase the jag punished me an amount of R1000 per month actually she need an amount of R2000.my problem is that I want to see the child first before I pay for.am I’m If I doing that?

Can’t understand a word except that you should keep it in your pants and show your wife some respect!
Bang out of order cheating on your wife. I hope you have now been honest with your wife because your wife and the child are the innocent people in all this.. If its your child then you should be allowed to see him/her but you should also pay for this child if he/she is yours.. Howrver as you can’t be too sure then you should have requested a DNA. Next time keep it in ur pants
Ps dates don’t add up either so she was either already pregnant when u had your 2nd visit or baby was born early
you can see the child before u start paying seeing a child n paying are two diff thing if she try to stop u but u can take her to court for it
