If you got money from the home and be did and you both are providing for a child each then it seems pretty equal to me why should he have to pay you ?
If your older child lives with him then no because you are paying out fur a child each.
Ps it’s not my 12 year old It’s our 12 year old. You are not the sole owner of a child as the father has as much parental right as you have (though sadly much of the time this isn’t the case)
If you claim CSA for your 12year old then he can claim CSA from you for your 17 year old that lives with him.
Seems 50/50 to me! will you be helping the father out with the 17 year old your self then??????
