Can I challenge the CSA in court?
i am self self employed, got 2 court orders on my house, which i want to pass on to my son for his future. The amounts the used to calculate my income are wrong even though they are part of DWP/HRMC.
After i went to court the judge told me that the person who receives the money can do what they wish with it,so how do we know the money is being used for the child. The bank i was paying the money into ,i found out was supporting an overdraft.
Can i legaly changle this CSA organisation in court of law

See your mp and write a letter of complaint to the csa outlining that they have your income wrong, supply proof of this.
Your mp will make sure you have one point of contact and get them sorting out your case for you in a much timely manner and to drop the liability you have placed on your home.
The judge is right, pwc can do what they like with the money that’s why I think it should be given in vouchers for food etc.
no
Yes.
Problem is that what is morally right and what’s legal rarely match. Good luck all the same.
And they say the csa is for the kids. Now you can see its not there for the kids. Its there to con people in to thinking its for the kids…
