Can anyone help me fight the CSA?
Several years ago the CSA alleged I owed them £13,000 in arrears. After being lucky to have the Independent Case Examiner take on my case and order them to recalculate it was discovered they had calculated my salary ‘twice’ – a basic accountancy error. The result being they dropped the figure to £1,800 – a whopping £11,200 less!
Upon receiving the letter with the new figure I wrote back to the CSA accepting it and asked them how I was to pay now. However three month later, and after getting no reply they imposed a £4,000 ‘deferred debt’ saying they had not received the letter and I was in breach of the rules as I had made no payment in the three months!
Since then I have paid the original £1,800 but last week got an enforcement letter regarding the £4,000.
If anyone knows of a group or an organisation that can help me fight them again I would be very very grateful – I fought them over the £13,000 – and won and would fight again.

Hi NACSA were a god send to us and will help you sort this out
Just today I received a letter from them with a court date so have contacted NACSA and paid for one month support – lets see just how good they are!
I went through a similar situation with the CSA years ago. It was finally resolved after years of fighting them. Same double accounting error on their part. Same residual amount, same crazy lump sum punitive amount that they insisted I had no right to appeal against.
Now there is a new CSA with new rules. It is actually better than the old CSA, but that isn’t saying much. I am trying to get the medias attention drawn towards the CSA so that the public can see the unfair way they conduct their affairs.
I am not interested in setting up another “Fathers for Justice” style campaign. I want to use the media and correct channels to draw attention to the unfair situation so that the pubic supports change for the better instead of branding us crazy terrorists.
Anyone interested in joining me in resolving the CSA situation please contact me.
