It’s 19 if they continue in education
Till there education finishes which could be 21
It’s 20 now! New law came in December 2012.
It’s now 20 if they continue education not 19
It is when child benefit ends, which is 20 at present or earlier if they start working.
It’s 20 all the time the child is in further education. If they go into Higher it stops. Mine is due to end in January but then I thought that last year and they decided to change the rules 3 weeks before I could stop paying. Knowing these aholes they’ll probably decide in dec that’s it’s now 21!
20 love
Strange law this 1 !!! At 18 your a adult !!
if they leave school at 16 then 16 if the go on to 18 then its 18 if there at uni then its 21
so says the man that never paid any maintance
U dont pay paul past 20 in uk n cant be on a course higher than college level 3 if they go uni straight from school u dont pay from the age they go uni 20 is end date as cant get child benefit after 20th bday no matter if they carry on college or not child benefit is the trigger to pay csa n cant get cb if yr at uni
If a child goes uni at 18 thennit stops
in scotland next door has just stoped paying for his and his son is 21 and at uni
Its 20 if the ‘child’ is in full-time (this can be 3 days a week) education at A level or equivialent eg BTEC L3
So there you have David…
‘It’s 19 if they continue in education’
‘It’s 20 now! New law came in December 2012.’
‘Till there education finishes which could be 21’
Hope that’s clear for you.
