Depends if your 18 year old is still in education, you have to pay up until their 20th birthday if they are. As for your 21 year old definitely not!
If the younger one is in full time non advanced education then you will still have to pay.
As it is being deducted from your benefit the amount will not change if the older one is taken out.
The maximum age is 20 as long as the QC is in full time non advanced education.
When a QC enters university this counted as advanced higher education and liability for child maintenance ceases.
The case should normally close the first Monday in September.
