Are CSA gender discriminatory?
I am sick of trying to get the csa to taken action against my childs mother.
She has been living with me and my new partner for over 2.5 years now and i have recieved less than £50 in payments. To add insult the csa admitted that they lost my original claim which was made online and had lost the tape recordings of my calls. they have sent me a one off payment of £50 as by way of an appology for the lack of service – but as of this date still nothing. When i was the absent parent for the same child i made regular payments yet they still took court action against me. The mother is still to make regular payments – i am of the belief that if i change my name to one of a female gender then they may take more notice of me – i am at my witts end.

Stop using the criminal fraudster CSA/CMS.
They need to be shut down, they are not fit for purpose and cause poverty and misery to millions of parents, both nrp and pwc.
It’s just a money making racket and they don’t care about our kids or who they make homeless or drive to suicide.

You’re probably right, the feminazis run this out of control misandric outfit. I worry more about what will happen when this poisonous agency is shut down (which it will be), because you know that this corrupt government will leave an ‘arrears collection agency’ in place and it will go on and on…
People who are not affected by CSA just can’t believe the depths that the CSA sink to but then they don’t see the fact that this is being allowed to operate under the government they voted in.
The government frankly don’t give a shit they make us pay for the break down of the moral society that they have encouraged through easy divorce and walking away from responsibility the same way they walk away from their responsibilities.
All very simple really Broken government , Broken Society.
My MP George Freeman knows the CSA Overcharged me by £2500 and is refusing to do anything about it, he won’t even meet with me.
This must be the New Fair Society that our Leaders talk about but then destroy by not supporting people in a fair and just way.

Some very good posts on this forum and I feel for you…the one good thing that has come out of my csa hell is that I will never vote for any of the self-serving politicians ever again, I’m not quite sure if I could now be classed as an anarchist or a right wing libertarian (there’s really not that much difference), but I do know that the Government and the csa scum should have no say in how I provide for my children.
