Apparently I have to prove she’s working – like she’s going to tell me!
I am a male who has 3 children after a split and taking her to court.
I have contacted the CSA in November 2012 and at that Time i know she was working. She denied it and since then the CSA have done nothing. Apparently I have to prove she is working. Yep she’s really going to tell me I have even tried to do a private agreement and still no joy of her helping to support the children. The CSA are a waste of space. Even the courts are powerless to act as all you get now is go to the CSA.

Give the CSA her work details, the will contact her employer who will confirm she works there… And if she is, she will have arrears as the child maintenance claim will be from the date the CSA contacted her…
