you cant close the case.whats wrong with £5 a week?
it take about a month for u to get the paper work but normal 48 hrs for it to be on their files . once u close it u can only re open it once if u close it again u never be able to open it again
Ummmmm £5.00 per week wow. Doesn’t even buy a pack of nappies. Don’t close the case but can you not ask for it to be reconsidered. I would love to know how the csa think that is enough to help support a child. Both parents make a child imo both parents should be paying an equal amount for the children and no way do my kids cost me that amount each per week. Hope you get a more fair amount in the long run xx
got to member low the other one has bills to . if he on JSA that all she get no matter what .
But surely if he was on benefits she would have been expecting to only get that amount. Me and my childrens father would work 7 days a week and 12 hour shifts if need be to ensure together or not out kids were well provided for. X
not everyone knows how much they get as they don’t look it up CSA is fucked up need closing . my oh used to pay them for a child he cant see cos the mum a BITCH meant to pay £29 a week out of £200 wag they would take £190 the 1st week of every month and £80 for rest of the month . then told us we lieing cos they do not do that . even with prof of it they still call us a lair leavening us with nothing as we was paying fall rent , c,t ect as well looking after own son . got to the point were he leaf his job cos of it . iv been working since i feel bad about it but if she want a cos let her child see her dad she would still get money . but the lady right when new rule come in she have to pay to use them and with only getting £5 not worth it as she low 4% of that and want cover nothing
I get 5 pound a week for 3 kids! It’s insulting and I don’t want it! But was told I had no choice!
Sorry, but what fee? I think way too many people are thinking that they will have to pay a fee…THIS IS NOT THE CASE!
The NRP will be given first choice to chose to pay directly to the PWC. The PWC will have NO SAY on this. If the NRP refuses to pay directly, then they will have to pay 20% of the figure they pay. If NRP wants to pay directly and the PWC says no, then there is nothing the PWC can do about it. If the NRP pays directly and the PWC starts claiming that the NRP hasn’t paid, then the NRP will have to prove they have, usually by supplying bank statements. If the NRP doesn’t pay directly and the PWC has complained about non payments, then BOTH will have to pay the fees.
Mark, I have closed the case and I got confirmation through the following day, as did the NRP.
When the new system is rolled out during this year, the nil assesments and low assessments (ie mine) will be transferred first. Im presuming this will be the case so when they fuck up it will cause minimal financial disruption. I cant remember what the fee for the PWC is on the new system but obviously like Becca states, paying any small fee out of £5 p/w is hardly worth it! So it is definately the case if you want to continue on going through this 3rd party.
Just for the record my NRP is not on JSA, he is self employed earning thousands per month but has a good accountant so gets away with it 😉
And £5 per week is insulting to the child in any moral persons book!!!!!!!!
