An 11-year struggle with the CSA

I’ve been fighting with the CSA for 11 years now. They have lost my claim, told me I would receive money and not pursue it, told me they are setting up deductions of earnings and they don’t etc etc. they are a total shambles, if this agency was private no one would use them they are completely incompetent!

They said they have powers but I have never seen they, what they say they do not do so I have never believed them. My ex owes £9,000 and has told them he isn’t working – this is a lie! The only time anything gets done is when I go and see my local MP and make a complaint. I am about to put another complaint in, this will be my third, but I don’t think anything will change. The only people I feel sorry for is the children as they are the ones the money is for, unfortunately the non resident parent that doesn’t want to pay for their child doesn’t see this and thinks the money goes on the adults partying and social life – ridiculous!!
