YOU madame are entitled to nothing!! If wants to spend the money hes won on his son then thats his choice, its not money for you its money for his care and wellbeing!
Well said.
RT @CSAHell: Am I entitled to my ex’s prize money?: I am 24 and a single mother to a two year old boy, His father liv… http://t.co/3xC3uR…
Are u married or were u? If so and it can be a clause in the divorce paper
Really grinds me when parents with care say its their money!!
If never married to him then just what above said
Am I?? Do you mean “is my child” and NO you’re not get a grip I’m sure your child will benefit from the dads win in more ways then 1!!! How about be the bigger person and be happy for your ex and the better life I’m sure he will provide your child with!!!
Your child is entitled to maintenance and this is classed as income from a firm of employment but you’d be better off trying to be amicable regarding it first
thats like saying if you won money can he have a slice of it and its a no i mean really he also will have bills to pay maybe let him have more contact that way he can spend money on your child and that cant be a bad thing can it?
It’s from a job as such because he’s a professional boxer so it’s classed as income it’s not like a lotto win or win on the horses etc

No your not entitled to his “prize money” why not get off your scrounging backside stop being a parasite and get a god damn job, you get over 200 euros a week and still you want more, disgraceful excuse for a human being, is that why you had the child so you would be kept for 20 years!!!!! People like you make me sick
U already get enough maintenance , maybe he does that extra so he can afford for himself to live after already giving u money . U should be happy u get something for your child ..try not to take the shirt off his back too blimey
Sometimes everything isnt enough for some people, they wont stop theyve broken a person
Again if it is your child , then you pay for everything , or if it is a child you bred together then be happy that the father pays maintenance ! He is the father not a cash machine .
Some people just want more and more money
If he has won a certain amount she will is entitled to it as its classed as a income from the nrp. If they were married then she had something put in the divorce entitled to money she can claim it that way
