Child support money is just that, money to support a child you’re a grown man with you’re own life, get on with it.
The claim can only be made from the first contact with csa not from your birth so you’re 18 years too late.
Why would you expect maintenance as an adult? surely the CSA should’ve been contacted by your mother if anybody years ago to help pay for raising you, live and let live it’s his conscience!

I doubt it. I’m your age, and don’t recall CSA being available when I was growing up. My mother never claimed it, put it that way.
I understand you’re upset and hurting, but is it really worth trying to get a load of money from a sperm donor (which is supposed to be to help towards the cost of bringing you up, so it’s up to your guardian to try and claim it back), and in the process, bringing hardship to 2 younger children? I’d say just forget the guy and move on, because you are making yourself look greedy and foolish
I’ve not seen my sperm donor dad for 6years, and despite spending about 10 years looking for him, I’m glad to see the back of the prick, and move on with my life. My mother went through no end of hardship bringing me up, and it’s only now I realise that she was all I needed. She was both mother and father to me, and it’s probably made me a better man not having a jerk of a dad around.

My birth mother gave me and my sisters & brother up and put us in care I was only 2! My dad fourth through courts and at 6 I lived with him & my MUM. My dad often said if CSA was around then would she of done it!! But we got a better life with my dad, No money would compensate the hurt you feel you have done 36 years with out him! So you can carry on!

I was considered an adult when I turned 18. I was registered to vote and I could enter a licensed premises and legally drink alcohol. “Child” support should end at 18.
I agree ..at least 18 your allowed to go and fight and even die for your country in the forces .but the csa still ask for money untill your 20 ?? Systems just like our country ….fucked
