Hi, I totally sympathise with you, but unfortunately the great CSA do not take into account contact issues at all. Contact and maintenance payments are treated totally seperately, wether the seperation from your kids is forced by the mother or not, they dont care. They just want your bank balance and couldnt give a hoot wether you see your kids ever. We are in the same circumstances where the mother lives a 114 miles away from us and she comes up with every trick in the book to make contact difficult on purpose. Of course this is in PWC interests as the less they give contact – the more the NRP gets squeezed for more coins as she has now stopped overnights too, which we can do absolutely nothing about. Its very sad state of affairs.
