If he does they can send in balifs deduct direct from wage or benefits and can suspend driving licenses and passports and there’s also prison
Depends if your ex goes back to court and asks them to relook at the decision again, the appeal can go on and on for years, you claim this is money your owed, dont you mean money your child/ren is owed??? Or is it the CSA have claimed he owes arrears that are false like they do to all men lately!!!!
Amanda Johnson liked this on Facebook.
Somebody please tell thick git Amanda that tribunal has nothing to do with bailiffs or taking driving lisence a or passports away giving the wrong info out is damaging stupid cow
Quick question – is it a different Lisa who wrote the two posts above??
The first Lisa is v.good and gives constructive advice, the second Lisa is not quite so nice lol
It’s confusing when you read feedback!!
what a vindictive self centred bitter vile individual you clearly are; the tribunals service have NO powers and are there to appease greedy fat lazy mothers who have been dumped for young pretty women to help with their psychosis of vendetta and viterol. I hope your kids grow up get the fikes off the csa and leave you sitting on your sunken side of the sofa alone eating a box of heroes getting fatter while they enjoy life with their dad and his new partner.
get a fucking job and bring your own money in then try giving half to a selfish fat twat like you and see if you think its ok then you oiece of shit.
personally speaking I enjoyed the tribunal as I sold my 6 houses went self employed and rented a flat fucking the whole system up and I love knowing the bastard who denies me access gets fuck all off me and my new family, anyways off to lap land for Christmas with the new kids.. .
I’m missing something here….I seen this Amanda Johnson name come up a few times. Who is she or what is it ?
It’s an obvious Nrp hater judging by its remarks
Gonk
Both posts were done by me, Amanda was on about liability orders, tribunals are challenging decisions wrongly made, they can go on and on for years maybe Amanda should get her facts straight before she posts, bailiffs are sent if a liability order is made thru magistrates not tribunal courts
The reason for my post is quite clear that Amanda causes many nrp problems on here and Facebook
the tribunal is part of the assessment proces and really is a joke court that generally is hostile to dads/nrp’s and is almosts stitched to the CSA.
there is also a suspicion that the CSA brief PWC’s what to write to the tribunal so creating evidence or muddying the mind of the tribunal ie all nrp’s are violent child abusing scum who should pay for not seeing their children. you write appeal with the csa when what it should have been is an appeal against?
you have a tribunal decision with which the csa must now go through the enforcement process ie magistrates just because you hae a tribunal decision which your ex may appeal or review at the moment means nothing about getting payment.
assessment – enforcement – payment – that is the theory.
for an example of the tribunal and csa working together see davies v csa [2008] = refusal to obey court orders and how the csa trun a tribunal into a joke court?
@ Lisa – i’m laughing away here…. as some of my posts are the same except I don’t know as much about CSA as you do, however, I have days when I am ‘diplomatic’ with people and I have days where my feelings are clear… 🙂
@Sally, I have learnt to keep my feelings to myself but this woman really rules me to the point I could quite easy punch her through the pc screen, she has been quite a bully recently but her facts are wrong and this could really send a depressed dad over the edge, it’s bad enough CSA financially raping him every month that he asks for help and gets idiots like her tipping them further, makes me so cross, maybe read the post a little more before jumping in with replies that are nasty because she is a pwc who thinks the whole world owes her 🙂
Sorry sh
Sorry
That should have said she should read more before posting her nasty replies stupid phone
