About to be evicted and lose my job because of the CSA

July 16, 2012

I am about to be evicted from my flat. I am so sick with worry I keep turning up late for work and am about to be sacked. I am plunging into debt all because now I cant afford to live.

My only home soon will be the back of my car in a layby on the A46. My shoes have holes in them, cant afford my electric now so am begining to smell because of not able to have a proper hot wash.

I feel worthless and wonder if life is worth living … csa wont listen and if i leave or lose my job they are going to push for prison and disqualification of my licence … well almost sound like I am talking about a deprived country with a despot ruler ..not a humane country supposedly called the united kingdom.. this hell has to stop now.

We NRPs want to pay for our children but surely this cant be the way to do it if it means detroying 2nd lives … is it really getting to the stage that its a sin to fall out of love and have a new life.

I am all for paying for kids but the child support system is unfair and un just and is killing the nations spirit .. surely we can make a stand and sort this agency out to make it fair for both sides… I dont see many people making the news and standing up for there dignity because until we do the government are not going to listen.

THIS MONEY WE PAY OUR CHILDREN MUST BE MEANS TESTED SO WE CAN ALL CONTINUE TO WORK AND PAY FOR OUR KIDS. THEY CANT PUT US ALL IN PRISON IF WE ALL MAKE A STAND. THEY DONT HAVE THE ROOM FOR ALL OF US

Hi there, totally with you on this. We are always having loads of hassle with them. Totally agree they do think you have not got a right to a life. Feel so sorry for you. I would write to the MP copy and paste what you have posted on here. Feel like you wished we could all get together. Make a stand against these people. We cannot sleep and eat proper or go to work proper because of all the stress and hassle and worry they cause.

You don’t say why you have gotten into this mess? Do you owe arrears?, are the figures correct? If csa are taking too much that you can’t live please go and see your mp immediately, or get them to make sure they are taking the correct amounts, you also sound very depressed, go and see your gp and sign off for a bit, can’t sack you for being ill….are you receiving your entitlement to any benefits? I don’t know what else to advise, please don’t let them win.

Totaly agree with what you are saying. The trouble is when dealing with the CSA if you are compliant like yourself and myself they just seem to think it is ok to take and take aa little more and more. They don’t think about your other commitments like I had with my ex that I am still paying for. They take the money and don’t think about the consequences. Like yourself I have no problem paying for my children and if I had more to give I would do it without question. The problem comes when you don’t have more and you can’t afford to live and like you and I you end up homeless or sleeping on a friends couch. You can end up losing your job which in the long run isn’t going to help the children as this = less income for the RP to help support the children (not that I believe in my case the money goes to the children. (I know it goes on bikes, new g/f , pets and tattoos oh and her children). The CSA is a farce and are just out to break as many people as possible. It’s about time they took into account what the RP earns and did it fairly. I am not entitled to any form of benefit as I am told I earn too much. how can £820 a month take home be enough to live on. Good luck and hope you have somewhere better than you car to stay xx
