A cautionary tale about how us NRPs and PWCs should keep in contact
My first involvement with the CSA scum was eight years ago when the scum started raping my wages for every penny above £50 that I earned, and I mean every penny, every bit of overtime that I did, every penny earned above £50, they took…
Now… six months into this and I’m picking my children up from their mother’s, and she’s complaining about having no money, and I said to her at least you’re getting CSA money, and she said that she wasn’t, but I let it go as it really wasn’t worth an argument but I really couldn’t see why she would lie about it…
But a few months later in a similar conversation I told her that the CSA were taking money from me. She phoned them, and was told that they “could only pay her if and when I had payed”
As I had now been paying an extortionate amount for about eight months, and our children receiving none of it, and as there seemed to be a bit of mis-trust between the two of us, I showed my childrens’ mother all my payslips, with the CSA deductions on them, she asked me if she could retain them for her next phone call to them (As it turned out, neither of us believed each other, I couldn’t see how she wasn’t getting the money being deducted from my wages, she didn’t believe that any money was being deducted from my wages)
Anyway, now armed with my payslips she was able to call the scum, and when they gave her the usual “we can only pay you when we get some money off him” routine, she was able to quote from my payslips that I was and had been paying…
Nevertheless, it still took her about eight months and the involvement of her MP before she started getting any payments from them…I do not doubt that if I had not provided her with my payslips to quote from, that she and my children would, to this day, have received nothing from them…
Fast forward to last year, I had a call from my chidrens’ mother asking if the CSA were still taking money from me (as if the fucking vampires are ever likely to stop), apparently her payments had stopped (again), and this time they had told her that they could only pay her if I called them and told them exactly how much they were taking from me (I know, unbelievable, isn’t it?)
I told her that I would be more than happy to call them and give them this information, but I would like this request in writing before I gave it…
Needless to say, no written request was forthcoming, and her payments started up again shortly, although she still claims that the CSA owe her over £1000 of unpaid money, money that I have had deducted from my wages and money that she has given up on ever receiving off them, money for my children that somehow the CSA scum have seen fit to NOT give to my children.
I hate the CSA scum, my childrens’ mother hates the CSA scum, and probably most important of all, our chidren are now old enough to hate the CSA scum too…

– All to often the PWC will be too quick to grab the CSA to cause trouble as well as chase money.. Had this too and contact stopped as they weren’t passing the money on. i believe they exist to sit on money taken; clawing the interest away while its sat in THEIR bank. They certainly haven’t got the kids best interest in mind :0(

Then can I ask why doesn’t the pwc cut out the csa all together?
