Is this incompetence or fraudulence?
I have been involved with the csa since 2001 although the parent of care has changed on occasions. My daughter is almost 19 years old and I have questioned if she is in full time education as she left school in 2011.
After requesting details of her education course in October 2013 I received notice I might add me contacting the agency that the claim ceased in august 2011. I add I have had no written correspondence from the csa, they informed me that they had 90 days to sought out the change of circumstances. Again I had to initiate contact via phone to be told that I was owed £6300. This was over the 90 day timescale however they said that I had to wait a further 6-12 weeks for the payment. I had been informed that the amount had been checked but it was a large amount and the secretary of state needed to authorise this payment.
I challenged this as it is my money also I want to know who is responsible either the competencey of the agency or a fraudulent claim. I requested compensation for my frozen pension with the local government pension of 6% of my wage for a period of 28months.Which would be in the value of £3000

link dont work but could be college or uni they still count till 21
Uni isn’t counted… if QC is in uni CHB is not paid. Ring CSA and demand a CHB check.
Once in uni liability and child benifit stops my son leaving college july starts uni in sept my ex is in for a shock when payments stop. Well depends on if csa suddenly find arrears which im expecting.
