Why should my partner pay if he can’t help?

I have a stepson living me he was taken out of the house as his mum was dating a nasty person who hit him also his children and still was getting hurt.

Socail services got involved sadly they went back to the bully she has changed there last names not told or asked the dad which is my partner.

She made a court order which we dont no about as now she told them they cant speak to my stepson { brother or dad but we had no papers from court.

Why should my partner pay for them when he cant even see or speak to them as they have been brain washed the stepson rang his mum and she she he is no longer in her live so wrong.
