Where to start..

I was originally with the csa and was subject to the changes in services.

I was homeless and was expected to pay large sums of cash over the doorstep under the treat of imprisonment.

The CMS came into effect and from day 1 they were consistently making attempts to put me on click and collect.

I payed for my son, and am happy to pay for my child however when my sons mother was removing contact whenever she felt like as a form of punishment for me not doing as I was told (ie. She drew up a child arrangement order and was completely unreasonable with her demands I obviously refused to sign but did make suggestions in regards to a fair agreement she refused and took away contact)
She made a demand for a contact order to be made, I explained that at the time I was unable to pay for a solicitor, pay to drive the 150 mile round trip every second weekend and pay full cms (I have asked for a reduction from the cms to allow for the travel nothing ever arrived)
I suggested that if she wanted a contact order put in place she pay for it, she refused and said “I’m not paying for you to see your child” I suggested we use the money from the cms to instruct the solicitor, she refused over text but agreed over the phone, (I have a credible witness to this phone call.) She changed her account details
