When is a child not a child

My story is a long one as to say i have been made homeless twice as the csa was taking so much out of mt wages i could not afford to pay the rent and council tax let alone live. Anybody tried to live and work on 120 pounds a week?

Does any know if its true that the goverment are going to spend 15 million on a new computer system for the csa ? and they are going to raise the age from 19 years to 20 years, Funny that in 1991 the gov ratified the age of a child as being every human being below the age of 18 years so what is the csa upto?

Does this mean any person, say in jail at 18, whos parent was or is getting payments from the csa should not be there as they are classed a child??
