Use your local MP, they’re the only ones who can get anywhere with these idiots

I’m relieved that the only dealings that i now have with the csa is a standing order for arrears, thay are a total living nightmare. As i mention i have arrears with them , the amount being 4300 which i still don’t believe is mine after paying them from start to finish, but it’s better than the £27000 they said i owed. I argued this for 10 years , i appealed time and time again to have letters i wrote lost, phone calls not returned, they threatened baliffs ,wanted payment settled within 2 years basically leaving me penniless with a family too bring up.

In the end i wrote to my local mp and within days she got further than i had in 10 years and the total attitude from the CSA changed: friendly ,helpfull. just couldn’t belive the difference, gladly all sorted, i feel sorry for anyone going thru what i did, use your local mp they are the only people who who can get anywhere with these idiots.
