Trying to see my child

I have contacted the mother of a son i have who is now 8 and we have never met yet i have paid maintenance and never missed a payment in November 2009 we set a meeting up at a park and i went along and searched for an hour only to be disappionted for her not to turn up although i thought she did not as later i found out from her that she was sat in a car and watched me looking around.

A couple of years have passed now and i made contact with her again at the begining of november which she set a meeting up with just her and myself. which i thought went well but i wanted to see him for his birthdat which she said could you wait until after christmas as her mother for the last 2 years has been very ill and wanted her not to find out until after so they could have a family christmas together. I agreed to this and saidthat i would text her when i was available which i did.

The meeting was put off as her brother was in hospital with heart problems so she asked if we could meet up at the weekend so i suggested bank holiday Monday which again never happened due to her not telling her family.

I then took the initiative and wrote a letter to her parents stressing my sincerest concern for her brother and hopefully making a full recovery whilst introducing myself and stating that i was trying to see my son.
