Tried to inform the Child Support Agency of my new job

Just spoken to the CSA idiots to inform them of my new job!! Congratulations I hear you shout – well so did the CSA when I informed them of the reason for my call and ‘does that mean you owe more money Mr Satloka’?

Well having given them all my new details I respectfully requested that we returned to DD payments rather than deduction from earnings, which was implemented due to thier previously handling of my case. I was rudely informed ‘no, we cannot trust you and once your on earnings deductions your on it for life…….oh and by the way this is due to become LAW for EVERYONE who pays CSA’.

I questioned why and was informed ‘it’s what’s going to be the new law so no one defaults on payments’, great I said but what about the recieving party – are they going to be examined too, bearing in mind my ex-wife is doing this to hurt me and doesn’t need the moeny for my son as she is a very well paid property lawyer?……..reply ‘no, why should she be’, my answer ‘because she earns 3 times as much as me, I don’t mind paying for my son, in fact I would not have it any other way, but considering I don’t get to see him through her selfish and scheming I think she should be looked at financially to where the money I pay goes and I bet its on new shoe’s and handbags’.

As I am sure you can imagine readers, her reponse was ‘we can’t control that, that is for her to decide and if you want the law changed you need to tell your local MP’.

So I am thinking sod my local MP, Mr Cameron you came to power promising a review of the family law courts, the often one sided opinion of the courts that ALL fathers are bad, you said children need fathers. I can tell you Prime Minister I need my son and its about time you lazy good for nothing MP’s who take oiur taxes and spend them on useless NHS IT Systems and so get off you back-sides and sort out the legal system once and for all. Stop playing around with it, get it sorted and get it sorted soon, because you are not hurting the children and the longer this goes one the worse society will get.

I know there will be many who disagree with my comments, but quite frankly I really don’ care any longer. I havce suffered for over 3 years now with little to no help from the government or government agencies and at a personal cost to my finances.

Oh and Mrs ex-wife if you’re reading this, you too will have a lot to answer for in the years to come.

As for the CSA, please will someone sort them out and get a fairer system in place…….today!!
