They’re quick enough to take money from me but not to give it back

I also have received a letter from the CSA stating that I have overpaid. My payments should have stopped in jan 2013 I had to laugh as I had advised them of this but they did nothing but still collected the payments and they still are, they informed me that I am due a refund but couldn’t tell me when.

I stated that it didn’t take this long to start deducting the money from my wages then why should it take long to reimburse me, only to be fobbed off with the usual rubbish like another department sorting it out, case currently under review etc, my argument is that they have acknowledged I have overpaid so how hard or how long can it be to refund money which is rightly mine.
