They want information from you, but won’t give any themselves

The Csa came after me after I split up with the ex I was self employed they made up amounts that suited them they never saw my accounts or anything like that

anyway I started working for a firm as a paye then they took money off my wages before I got them which amounted to £170 a week of my wages my take home pay was £400 a week so they left me with £230 a week some weeks I earned a lot more and they took the majority of my wages one week my take home pay was £2500 an out of that they left me with £600 when I have had to speak to them I have asked for statements of the money they have taken of me an what they have paid out they say ok but I have never had any statements whatsoever they want information from you but do not give you any information back at all

they phoned me up one week for a survey an I said I have asked for statements an have not got them an the bloke turned around an said I would be better of going to my mp about this surely this is not right an I am entitled to de statements of the money they have taken an paid out an of how they have worked out what I should or should not be paying I also told them I was paying the mortgage an the bills an also giving her cash amounts each week an they turned around an said that was more or less a gift an was an arrangement between ourselves so that does not count as any payment
