The greedy ex-wife

My story started when my 14 year old daughter came to live with me, her father. I asked her mother for some support from her and she said why should she pay, she I claimed and started to get money off my ex.

Well here’s where the fun starts.

After a few month got a visit from a chap from the csa to say my ex had put in a claim in 2000 (we are now in 2005) abd the csa had closed the case in error and its only a paper exercise. Well afer a few weeks got a call from the csa saying they posted papers out to me in 2000 and I didnt return them, so ater getting copies of the data print I proved in my 1st case that nothing was sent out then the csa turns up with a piece of paper with a hand written date stating claims form was posted out, so I got advised to start paying £25 per month then I had the 1st appeal then the csa case gets thrown out on the eveidence of the data print so the next stage my ex appealed and it was past onto the commisiners office so off to there we goes csa gets told to do a new case from scratch so I appeal and at the next hearing I eventually gets a copy of the original claims for which my ex filled out stating she was getting £30 per week and thats was the last contact she had until I claimed against her 5 years later well Ive had durham legal services on the case but I think they have blinkers on and to top it off im now and have been paying £110 per mth for the last 3 years and the csa just pass the case from person to person and I still have hassle with them and my daughter is now 21 and has had no contact with her mother for 6 years as she decided she want to get on with her life with her new husband but she will still take my £110 per month.
